U can start with only searing the outside so it's blue on the inside. It will still taste "fine" but u will get more used to the taste of raw meat. After that u can try cutting off like 30% of your steak, cook the rest as u normally would and make a steak tartare out of the part u sliced off. This way even if u truly can't force down an entire raw steak , u can just get it in your mouth and swallow with some milk.
Don’t directly switch over, you should slowly implement it to your diet
why carnivore? just maintain a low pufa diet with plenty of sat fat 0.7gs/lb bodyweight protein, some fruit juices, and maybe some liver or oysters here and there itll be much easier less repetitive and give great results
