i’m 14 turning 15 in like 12 days and sense like last summer i have been in eating raw eggs raw ground turkey raw salmon etc all the stuff i eat comes from food lion i’ve only gotten sick once and that was when i first tried a raw egg the next day i went to school and in first period i threw up and had expsolive diarrhea but now i can eat them raw without getting sick ive noticed my skin is clear but i haven’t really grown

He's chasing vanity by all means, even if it means eating low quality foods from a grocery store, he's probably going to quit when he notices in a year he's not seeing any results, the same goes for most of these primal larpers.

i heard cooking food kill some of the vitamins nutrients and for me i don’t really know how to cook so it’s easy to just eat most things raw

i like the taste of raw eggs and how easy it is to digest so i might stop eating raw liver and stuff like that after im done growing but ill probably keep eating raw eggs

People like u needa learn the hard way. Keeping eating raw food, report back to us when ur in the hospital. You just think because you feel fine you’re perfectly ok with eating that way. I can’t wait for you to explode
