Problems with focus

Anyone know how to fix this? I cant do maths 30 mins straight without zooming out, caffeine barely does anything i just feel more energised but my focus isnt improved. Ive had this for my whole life while my brother can speedrun his fuckass homework in 10 minutes and my mom thinks im just stupid
