How to improve more? Going to do filler for jaw and zygo, alarplasty to reduce nostril width and hopping on accutane next week. In red are spots I want to do filler

Not the best editor but you get idea, alarplasty & a slight fat graft makes the most sense to me. try growing out your hair a little also (doesn't have to be like photo, on the right, just hide your slightly patchy hairline). If you do commit to surgery go for top end surgeons only who are actually specialized in what you need.
