Here are a few pictures of identical twins/triplets separated at birth, despite living in different environments they still ended up looking nearly the exact same.
Maybe I'm simply looking at it wrong but does this not prove that genetics explain the vast majority of your face.
Here are a few minor exceptions that I found, but even in these cases you can still observe that genetics are king when it comes to overall appearance. The differences aren't even crazy significant.
This is the only case I was able to find where the twins looked substantially different, it is likely however that BF% is at play but in this case there certainly appears to be noticeable differences. The women in the first two images still appear roughly about the same, the first woman is insanely attractive though ngl.
The conclusion is that while yes significant changes in environment do have the potential to influence your facial development; it is highly likely, especially in the West, that your appearance was majorly determined by genetics. You have to realise that these twins lived completely different lifestyles, even if you were to argue that it "may have been a coincidence", there are just way too many cases of the twins looking identical/ nearly identical.
