Pros and cons filler vs implants vs fat grafting

Why do those 3 exist and what is the difference. Isn’t fat grafting the best since it’s ur bodies fat and won’t cause like infection or stuff?

Migration is so rare and if ur go to a professional they can evaluate how much you can have without it migrating as migration usually occurs when being overfilled, I’ve had filler for over 3 years now never had any migration

some are more risky then others, filler migration happens a lot

do what you want but I'd never do it, not only the migration it just looks uncanny to me a lot of the time
