You never fucking see anything displayed about NUTRIENTS on FOOD unless it's for PILLS which were invented due to people not getting enough NUTRIENTS from FOOD they should be eating so instead they just take PILLS like a slave

15% of total calorie intake from protein is good and doesn't run the risk of crashing your hormonal profile.

That 15% should also include other protein sources than just muscle meat
