like i said fructose (Fruits ,honey) ,sucrose (cane sugar) , lactose (Milk) and carbs like rice increase water retention in muscle but they wont bloat you unless you have no bones and a little bit of extra water destroys your entire facial aesthetics

Every single model out there is on a low carb diet , you probably look like shit if you don’t feel carbs bloating you because you’re bloated anyways

I do look like shit but models are reqd to stay 10 percent bf year round . They also smoke are on amphetamines and don’t put on muscle mass to the degree they can cause it is their job to conform to modelling designs.
