what does rep range have to do with excessive body fat?

and Rippetoe's SS (3x5) is a strength program for people with no lifting experience that's meant to be run for 3-9 months. and you can add accessories with 3x10 scheme to it. meanwhile, fags who don't even lift will argue about rep ranges for 3-9 months without stepping foot in gym.

yes 5x5 is bad for aesethetics but its fucking god mode for strength gains and heavy asf…,
