PSL to match ratio online?

I want a simple understanding which is.

If someone is like a 3, probably getting no matches
a 4 would get 1 - 2 week
5 maybe 5~ a week

and so forth.

What kind of matches should someone at every PSL number in a fairly large city?

-normies get 5-10
-mid tier normie 10-15
-HTN 15-30
-Chadlite 30-80
-Chad 99+
-female ugly: 99+

wow within 24 hours and obviously matches don't lie. that is crazy. I've heard chads get 99 in a 24 hour period.
