I’m 16, and I just entered summer holidays (6 - 7 weeks) so i’m bouta have absolutely crazy amounts of free time. I don’t wanna just sit at home doing fuckall again, so after a few weeks of a bit of research here and there, I’ve compiled a bit of a plan on how I can make some changes and max out my potential through puberty. I’m not tryna burn out or anything, so a good chunk of these things are just daily things that take a minute or two to add into ur day. Any advice is obviously welcome, or if ur looking for some ways to improve urself feel free to copy lol


My hairline is a mad deep widow’s peak but it never gets worse, just bad hairline genetics

My eyebrows are great but if u need growth, just dye them darker and do the stuff below:

Dermastamp
  • 2x weekly
  • increased blood flow to follicles and scalp

Rosemary oil
  • 2x weekly after stamp
  • encourages hair follicle regrowth

Topical minoxidil:
  • Daily before sleep (also after derma stamping)
  • Circular motion, focusing temples and crown


Gym
  • 3x a week - Monday, Tuesday, Friday)
  • Push, Pull, Legs split
  • Increase in test, HGH, and IGF1

Sprints
  • 2x a week
  • 20 second, 1 minute rest
  • Repeat till 30 mins
  • Increase in test, HGH, and IGF1

Incline walking
  • twice a week after gym
  • 30 / 45 mins
  • 10% incline, 5km/hr
  • Most efficient for fat loss whilst maintaining as much muscle as possible
  • Doesn’t overly produce cortisol like jogging


MK677 (direct hgh and igf1 gotta be a no from me, injecting needles daily is jst crossing a line personally)
  • 10mg/day (4 weeks on, 1 weeks off cycle)
  • Increase in overall HGH and igf1 leading to: (Increase in bonemass, Increase in height, Improved sleep, Heightened appetite, Anti aging properties)
  • Make sure ur monitoring or at least breaking down glucose levels - can get close to pre-diabetic levels if ur dumb

Aromatase Inhibitor (AI):
  • Significantly lowers estrogen (even kills it depending on the AI)
  • With MK677, it boosts most hormones, including estrogen (which unfortunately closes growth plates)
  • Taking an AI selectively slows or stops this boost, allowing u more time to get ur desired benefits
  • I’m choosing aromasin bc it reduces estrogen whilst still keeping it there enough to reduce any side effects such as bone demineralisation and sexual side effects - it also ‘denatures’ the estrogen enzyme so that there are no rebound effects of excess estrogen from coming off it in cycles
  • After a few months off, ur body will rebuild the enzymes
  • Only issue is that AIs are harder to get than mk677 and I have no idea where I’m gonna get it in australia

Berberine:
  • Promotes break down of glucose, increasing glucose metabolism
  • Countering excess glucose production from mk677

Magnesium:
  • also promotes balanced glucose levels
  • Better conversion of calcium to bone mass/overall health and density
  • Better gym performance

Ashwagandha
  • lowers cortisol
  • Raises test

Beta Carotene
  • Raises orange undertones of the skin (more appealing than regular tan)
  • Promotes melanin production, overall having an effect on better skin quality

Zinc
  • Improves testosterone production

Creatine
  • increase strength and muscle mass
  • Reduces brain fog

D3 + K2 (obviously)
  • Greatly improved conversion between calcium supplements and bone growth

Calcium
  • bone mass/density (don’t drink much milk)


tongue scraper
  • Get rid of bacteria that makes ur breath smell like shit

Brush teeth
  • twice a day
  • And tongue

Whitening strips
  • 2x a week for 30 mins (anymore can fuck ur enamel)

  • Selective fat growth
  • Under eyebrows for UEE
  • Chin for forward growth
  • Under eyes for eye bags

Diet
  • no processed sugar
  • No processed carbs
  • Whole foods only
  • Fruit, meat, greek yoghurt, *cooked* vegetables

  • Clearer skin

Obviously 2 - 3L of water daily
  • just drink a glass every 30 mins
  • Over hydration leads to unnecessary bloating, so stay in this range

Sun/UV exposure
  • not face
  • Full body
  • 30 mins MINIMUM (I’m very pale)

8 hours of sleep absolute minimum
  • every benefit u can imagine (bone growth, height, muscle building, clear brain fog, and a million more things)

Thumbpulling
  • 1 minute
  • Once an hour ur awake
  • Increased maxilla, therefore mandible forward growth

Mackenzie chin tucks
  • 1 - 3 minutes
  • Once an hour
  • Chin growth
  • Hyoid development

Lymphatic drainage
  • 2x weekly
  • After moisturising to reduce friction
  • Follow a tutorial online for technique
  • Reduces water retention in face


Really just some things I wanna focus on doing that I’ve been slacking w video games instead for ages

Hobby / skill practice
  • Instruments, coding, sports, writing, etc
  • 15 mins daily minimum

Reading
  • 30 mins daily minimum
  • Increased vocabulary
  • Increased pattern recognition, especially during brain developmental years


Learn a language:
  • Duolingo (overrated but still amazing way to learn building blocks)
  • Watch ur favourite movies and tv shows in whatever language with English subtitles
  • I’m doing Italian



I’m keeping my routine as simple as possible, skin barrier and gut health are everything and you don’t wanna overload ur skin barrier

Cleanser
  • Dry or sensitive skin - oil cleanser
  • Oily or sweat a lot - water cleanser
  • If ur getting an oil cleanser, go for non-comedogenic
  • If ur getting an oil cleanser, avoid sulfates and fragranced products
  • Find 100% skin safe ingredient products, brands like cerave do more harm than good

Bakuchiol
  • completely natural substitute for retinoids
  • Cheaper
  • Increase in collagen
  • Decrease in fine lines and wrinkles

Obviously Moisturizer
  • get non-comedogenic
  • sensitive skin - get water-based
  • apply after bakuchiol and all other products except sunscreen


Job
  • got an on and off job w my friend
  • I work once every like 2 weeks
  • For like $30/hour (crazy for my age)

Dropshipping
  • no it’s not “dead” u just can’t throw together a shitty site and product and expect people to buy anymore
  • Might make a full guide on this, I’ve been learning it since 2020 but never full sent it bc I was lazy asf

Money split:
  • 10% of income goes to more high risk high reward stuff (crypto, volatile stocks, etc)
  • 50% goes to standard etfs and mutual funds (easy 10% gain yearly)
  • 20% free spending
  • 20% savings account

Crypto:
  • absolute volatile market rn
  • Bitcoin hit 100k, so everything follows
  • Got a project I’ve been working on coming out soon

I know not a ton of this stuff is groundbreaking but for me personally, I just found it easier when there was a ton of stuff that had proved results in the past all grouped into one sorta guide, so just tryna do the same for others (also having everything in one spot helps me)

is MK677 and AI bad for your health? I take teh other supps you mentioned but I'm an athlete so idk if it's good for me or will show up if i take blood tests

Both are pretty unnatural so they stick out quite a bit in blood tests. As long as the dose of mk677 is below 10mg/day and ur cycling it properly, (ideally monitoring stuff with blood tests but ik it'd be hard for u to do that), and also ensuring u take something like berberine to break down glucose, there aren't many side effects. AIs can make ur hormones feel a bit messed up because they do just tank ur estrogen. When paired together, they mainly boost test like crazy, along with increases in hgh and igf1. You just gotta be smart about it and make sure to do your own research

mirin brother are you from the southern hemesphiere? Im also in summer break and this is great help for my pubertymaxxing since im 2009. I got no money for supplements sadly so will do natural stuff, anything else you recommend?

I didn't think diindolylmethane was that effective in comparison to AIs, especially when taking very strong hormone enhancers like mk677?

Heavy on the wholefoods diet, I know it sounds like a conspiracy theory with so many people hyping it, but healing ur gut health / diet is the absolute backbone to everything self improvement

If ur tryna improve height, even basic static stretching in the morning will stop u from losing any height during puberty lost in bad posture. Plus, it will contribute to better facial forward growth.

OK number one get rid of the whole fitness program all it will do is just stunt u and cook ur hormones MORE and replace it with swimming that's the most effective and friendly exercise u can do. Get rid of vegetables in ur diet it's really unnecessary and it will make u feel shit or just really limit ur intake if u have to eat them. More sun exposure and don't be scared to show ur face to the sun its a Jewish lie that it ages u it makes no sense as Sun gives life and it doesn't take it away use ur senses nature gave u

thumbpulling forward does not work ive tried it for 6 months. it works laterally. use medium pressure. exhale inhale. this is how I improved my cheekbone prominence

All about connections tbh. found a business that make a good 10 - 20mil a year and found some friends who have friends that work there and just got an easy ahh job standing in the lobby doing basically nothing. Work's not consistent but I literally do nothing lmao

is MK677 and AI bad for your health? I take teh other supps you mentioned but I'm an athlete so idk if it's good for me or will show up if i take blood tests
I was on diphereline which lowered test as well as estrogen but the height gains were good, it’s just yk as a man on some fuckingbretarded medication that plummets ur test sucks so. I got off of it but actually AIs slower growth plate fusing if taken by itself so u can heightmaxx

I only was on it for one cycle and tbh it didn’t it just made me like a woman , sensitive and moody, the only reason they put me on fucking diphereline instead of AIs is because of my aggression problems but if anything diphereline made it worse

Nah it didn’t stunt facial growth but it put a lot more fat on my thighs and love handles, but now that I’m off I’ve shredded most of that off as well

Btw forgot to mention but it doesn’t stunt growth only very drastically slows the growth plates from fusing

you in aus too? I'm closer to a city so it's getting more normal for kids around me to get jobs so that fs helped. Trust, if u want to get a head start, make a LinkedIn and just throw some generic ahh experience on there, and start contacting places. Don't be annoying but contact a lot of companies just asking for some sort of experience. worked for my friend when a company liked his "initiative" :lul:

Nah I’ve asked about it cus it’s scary to me buying hgh from street dealers, I did buy myself AI tho, and prolly gonna swap to a sketchier doctor who gives out HGH like it’s nothing tbh, injecting it ain’t all bad tho my friend took growth hormones since he was 8 due to GHD and I tried pricking myself once out of curiosity, doesn’t hurt at all and super quick, MK ain’t super studied so who knows what’ll happen to u in a few years

My parents r both tall my mum 5’9 or 5’8.5 dad 6’2 so yeah maybe it’s just in my case but they’re really helping, on diphereline I grew 3cm in 2 months and starting AI now

just breath while applying pressure. I was your age when I started. Forward growth is capped at a very young age but lateral expansion is possible. forward growth isn't how you gain cheekbone prominence, rather its through lateral expansion.

I purposely left out SPF bc I’ve heard from so many people that chemical sunscreens mess w ur skin barrier? Just didn’t wanna put stuff on there I didn’t know enough about yet

Also, as for the rosemary and minoxidil, there’s not enough potency in the rosemary oil to significantly inhibit SULT1A1, but I agree just timing them differently would solve any potential issues i’m pretty sure.

my bad i meant to say bad estrogen. dim lowers the bad estrogen that closes your growth plates and converts it to a less harmful form
