Bench is redundant since its an injury factory unless incline smith but thats like fucking a hoe with a condom on

I would much rather pull stuff then push stuff ngl inb4 muh legs that shits for women i only do legs every like 2 weeks ngl

I'm better at push exercises but I agree it's nice to do pull.
