This how I see it, you have to balloon your tongue hard in every direction, basically make it fill your mouth. The big breakthrough TGW fourm taught me is that pushing up does nothing and the maxilla doesn't upswing or downswing. This is why you see people getting no results. So when salludon got his insane changes he said he hard mewed which already shows that suction hold (pull) does nothing as lot of force was required to make his changes. One more thing, in the tongue ballooning thread eddiemoney said to suction hold to the roof and expand the tongue to the sides and forward but dont push up. but later he says to push in all directions. Since salludon got his results from hard mewing, i think it makes sense that when ballooning you should push in all directions not suction. Hope that makes sense sorry its probably confusing.
