If i'm not misreading the data, regrowth in dutasteride study was measured to be 15.92 per cm2 in total while it's 22.73 per cm2 in total for pyrilutamide. The duration is 24 weeks for both studies.

They claim that there is no recorded incidence of any sexual side effect regarding pyrilutamide use.
