Should one just get BiMax without any rotation ?
I mean if I move the lower jaw forward , I will also need to do the same for the upper right ?

But I could "fraud" the recession by mowing my jaw backwards and pushing down the tongue , so I look more recessed like this

The problem stems from the sub 100 Gonial Angle.

Whatever surgery increases goniol angle + Chin Implant to add a LITTLE bit more projection, you'd be fine.
