Question about forehead reduction surgery

Hey guys, i was wondering about something concerning forehead reduction surgery. For people born with a fucked up hairline (not balding just terrible hairline such as johnny depp for exemple) can forehead reduction fix that too and straighten the hairline + lowering it ? Like can they remove more skin from the sides of your forehead or something ? If it’s not the case only way to fix that would be hair transplant + hairline reduction ? Thanks for your help

Recovery is long af + if you end up balding you’ve used hairgraft already
