Question about MARPE

So basically I'm getting Marpe in a couple weeks and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to maximise forward growth while my sutures are split?

It's gonna take 3 years with facemask at final year. Is there any softmaxes I can to for ccw other than proper tongue posture? Would something like thumpulling work???

get an FME not MARPE, also thumbpulling is cope, nothing much you can do other than tongue posture and quitting mouth breathing.

chewing will only train masseters, useless for malocclusions, and can actually make it worse.

No something like thumbpulling will not work for ccw you can ask for TADS (temporary anchorage devices)
