I remember hearing or reading this when I researched restoration a few years ago. There was a poll or something of men who had had sex, gotten circumcised as adults, had sex while circumcised, then restored and had sex. They described the pleasure of sex while intact as a 10/10, sex after circumcision as a 2-3/10 by comparison, and that after restoring their foreskin they got back to a 7-8/10.
