I am taking finasteride, but i want to take nettle root extract to help lower estrogen. Can i take these alongside because apparantly nettle root also stops dht conversion, can i take them together or will it be too much dht blocked?

Gonna try an combat the high E that you get from fin, just precautionary so i dont end up with gyno. Most people forget fin is actually a steroid so you need to manage your hormones
