Starting my finasteride + minoxidil this summer ( Norwood 3 vertex I know it's over just wanna try to make a last stand and if it fails I'll just :feelswhy:ropema.... go to glorious Türkiye🇹🇷). Right now I'm doing my tests for hormones ( testosterone ) and blood tests n shit to get my prescription. Heard about Post finasteride syndrome and that some side effects are irreversible there. Heard about ED and full loss of libido. Also depression ( don't wanna make it worse as It already is :feelsrope:) .
So,
1 . How prevalent are those side effects?
2. Which percentage of users here get it?
3. Your personal stories on fin are encouraged (good and bad).
4. Should I be wary of the side effects or is it just scaremongering cope?
5. Do risks outweigh the rewards? Is the ROI worth it?
P.S The HAT just HAD TO GO FLYING.

Dutasteride mogs finasteride, and use topical RU58841. Mogs both. Only sides you'd have to worry about are lowered libido (dose dependent) which can be easily managed through dose control and sexual supplements. RU58841 topical combined with oral minoxidil and MAYBE low dose dutasteride would be a killer hair protocol. topical minoxidil on top of all that even.

1. GYNO, DPRESSION, LIBIDO thats the big 3 you gotta watch out for but they're all pretty unlikely so long as your a young male with decent test.

2. according to my uni doctor he's perscribed 8 ppl including me so far and none have had any sides.

3. fin is very good at stopping hairloss its not great at regrowth unfortunately. it's normal to see a small increase in density but you could be a hyper responder who knows.

4. Yes. Check yourself for gyno everyday for the first 2-4 weeks, understand your emotions and recognize if youre feeling symptoms of depression or libido. If you get any sides it's possible your body can get used to fin and they'll go away over time but if anything is scaring you just stop taking.

5. yes hair is life

Thanks, my main goal is to save what is left before hair transplant. and also based St.Hamudi quote.

Only 1% of people have side effects, don't even worry about it

No hair = no pussy

And if there's no pussy then libido would be useless, and finasteride has no severe side effects, don't be a cuck & hope on duta quick. :Chadge:
