Would you recommend to just save up for a rhinoplasty then? I am bit scared of possible vascular occlusion and vision loss but, it’s a risk I’d take and I would most definitely choose a highly trained, board-certified core aesthetic physician.
From what I've read and seen I don't think it's as risky as most make it out to be

if you're trying to straighten your nose with a higher radix, filler is just gonna get heavy and spread out over time (they can shift too). A custom PEEK implant is way better because it's 3D-printed to lock right onto your bone, they’re also built to imitate bones unlike generic silicones. They can get quite expensive tho

No they don't. Shaving the dorsum flattens the midface visually, it's very feminine.
Yes but in his case its minimal right? The shaving will be minimal and the radix fill aswell so no drastic change in the flattening of the midface
We are talking about shaving the hump not rhe full dorsum
Well yeah, since you cleared it's just the hump it would be perfect. But radix augmentation is still neccesary for the look he's going for because his dorsum overall is still higher than his radix, it won't look good, at least to me.
