Would you recommend to just save up for a rhinoplasty then? I am bit scared of possible vascular occlusion and vision loss but, it’s a risk I’d take and I would most definitely choose a highly trained, board-certified core aesthetic physician. You don't need it. Not worth the risk
From what I've read and seen I don't think it's as risky as most make it out to beYou don't need it. Not worth the risk
No you probably don't need itWould you recommend to just save up for a rhinoplasty then? I am bit scared of possible vascular occlusion and vision loss but, it’s a risk I’d take and I would most definitely choose a highly trained, board-certified core aesthetic physician.
Interesting, I'll look into this.PEEK implant better
if you're trying to straighten your nose with a higher radix, filler is just gonna get heavy and spread out over time (they can shift too). A custom PEEK implant is way better because it's 3D-printed to lock right onto your bone, they’re also built to imitate bones unlike generic silicones. They can get quite expensive thoInteresting, I'll look into this.
What's your reasoning for PEEK implants?
Bro what? Why would you do that? The rhino couldnt be that badYour nose looks good dude keep your masculine nose and avoid the LA rhino nose. Im getting a revision to get my bridge back and to masculinize it.
Thinking about getting radix filler to cover up for my noticeable dorsal hump, has anyone done radix filler? Do you guys recommend it or should I just save up for rhino?
All I did was morph my nose and my ramus(which is next), I added subtle length
But at that point your better of shaving the dorsal and ignoring a higher radix no?if you're trying to straighten your nose with a higher radix, filler is just gonna get heavy and spread out over time (they can shift too). No they don't. Shaving the dorsum flattens the midface visually, it's very feminine. But at that point your better of shaving the dorsal and ignoring a higher radix no?
I mean the goal is to get the nosebridge straight with a 90-95 degree angled nose and both do the same while shaving is cheaper am I correct?
Yes but in his case its minimal right? The shaving will be minimal and the radix fill aswell so no drastic change in the flattening of the midfaceNo they don't. Shaving the dorsum flattens the midface visually, it's very feminine.
We are talking about shaving the hump not rhe full dorsumNo they don't. Shaving the dorsum flattens the midface visually, it's very feminine.
Well yeah, since you cleared it's just the hump it would be perfect. But radix augmentation is still neccesary for the look he's going for because his dorsum overall is still higher than his radix, it won't look good, at least to me.Yes but in his case its minimal right?
