A common issue with rhinos if you look carefully is the Columella is always crooked/not really straight in the after
Female rhino results are way better than men's results too

Maybe I expect too much and surgeries aren't perfect but big improvement still

Possibly true, but it's more likely that women are just far more willing to have their results posted online than men due to social stigma

Problem is Raffaini specalizes on females, all his papers are on feminization procedures. The one male that was posted in this thread is his nephew, I think it's the third ever male result I've seen from Raffaini.

I don't know if he actually solely specializes on females but from the before&afters he posts and the scientific papers he publishes it seems like he is focusing heavily on female patients.

Time for some people to get realistic expectations about what can be achieved through jaw surgery. These are two really good results - with the first woman her postop issue is asymmetrical cheekbones and mandibles in terms of pure shape (so it's not directional asymmetry). These can't be fixed through jaw surgery, she needs filler/shaving/implants/chin wing on one side. The mandibular asymmetry is accentuated due to the advancement.

For Augusto Pary I've only seen him perform bigonial widening on two females so far, no males but he frequently incorporates implants in his procedures to maximize aesthetic gains, he's very aesthetic focused.

I have the same doubt as you, but the answer is probably no. He doesn't seem to use jaw implants (or at least he doesn't mention them) and his only Chad tier jaw result (his nephew) had an already wide jaw to begin with:

I just found this before and after of one of his male patients. Yes, he looks better because he made his usual magic on his midface and nose, but take a look at his jaw from the front:

Went from square, very outward gonions jaw from the front to narrower, inward gonions jaw with a shorter ramus.

Who knows, maybe you can convince him of making the jaw wider/ramus longer but he definitely favors and likes oval shaped faces IMO. Augusto Pary seems like a very smart option tbh, he studied under Raffaini but makes jaws wider and uses custom implants.

Top notch surgeon. He does perform Lefort IIIs, but only on syndromic patients (i.e. severe midface hypoplasia). You can look up experiences on Reddit. I also know someone here got Bimax with Raffaini and posted his results.
