I’m considering bimax surgery, but among these three, which one yields the best aesthetic results? It seems like Ramieri tends to underadvance,Pagnoni used to have good results, but lately, I’ve heard about a lot of complications among his patients. I don’t really know much about Raffaini.

i consulted with him and he was really arrogant he will never listen to you, and yeah he don't do implants

For girls it's Raffaini hands down. He's just produced so many fucking goated results. He's just cracked the code and understands female beauty

Unfortunately I'm not that impressed with his results on guys. I mean of course he got some very good results on guys as well. But nowhere near as consistently as the girl results.

And he doesn't do jaw angles implants either.

No, we didn't talk movements in the initial consult because your teeth need to be decompensated before planning is done. It could differ several millimeters between your compensated and decompensated bite. I am in the decompensation phase now, and will talk to him again when planning the surgery in a few months. My number comes from my initial overjet combined with retraction of the lower arch and how much overjet will be
