chin tuck against resistance is a process which uses a ball/fist under the chin and then tucking it

this is bad form right? the back should be straight as if it was leaning against a wall right?

yes this is it.

i do 5 days a week
once in the morning once at night usually takes ten mins. i first hold for a min, rest for a min and repeat 3x then i wait abit and do 30 hard quick squeezes with the ball and you should feel the squeeze under your jaw after this

I will rape my suprahyoid muscles. Uhm did u see any improvements? the more the better right?

yes i used to have like a fucking melting chin but it got better now and dont do it too much or it will look saggy

uhm wdym it will look saggy if i do it to much?
If you overtrain those muscles without giving them time to recover, they’ll stay fatigued and lose their resting tension, making your jawline look loose instead of tight.

which exact muscles is making the bone go up?

ah its the digastric muscle and stylohyoid muscle
