he does way bigger advancements than remieris cucked ones and better eye for aesthetics

Raffaini ofc, much, much more blackpilled and the best in the world with soft tissue management and rhinoplasties. Not even close.

Bulbous tip is hard to fix but there are good surgeons. @TheLordMadness got his rhino done alongside his implants with Ramieri though I’m pretty sure Marienetti was the one who performed the rhino

Maybe i underestimated marianetti, but i had a consultation with both ramieri and raffaini and i'm leaning towards raffaini rn so i'll ask him next time or go to turkey where they deal rlly well with bulbous tips since it's more common there
