I do now have an update regarding the tremendous botch Ramieri(aka Da Vinci according to some) did on me.

I got my surgical movements from him today, let me tell you this, he is an incompetent cunt.

He rotated my proximal segment assymetrical.

If you look at my before and after you will see how my left side after the surgery tilts more downwards, while my right are more upwards.

This was his completely brilliant idea of fixing the assymetry.

Know how do I know this is the vital factor to my breathing issues?

I started to experiment with my tongue and noticed once I pushed my tongue on the left side up more, my breathing got “normal”.

The genioglossus are attached to the mandible, rotating the proximal segment assymetrical=assymetrical tongue.

I belive this might be a reason as to why some experience breathing problems after even though they’ve made huge advancements.

A parallel tongue is upmost crucial to breathe normal.

This is ridiculous. The crazy part? I’m not the first that gets this complete incompetent movements where the surgeon has no knowledge what so ever of the tongue.

Several Raffaini patients seem to complain about this exact thing.

Ramieri, Pagnoni and Raffaini, what those this three bellends has in common? Several botches, no adequate knowledge of the fucking tongue.

Complete disaster.

For your knowledge, I’ve seen the recent results of Ramieri, no one in here can say that his results are optimal, your extremly bias if you do. He can’t do a proper genioplasty because I don’t think he freaking knows how to use bonegrafts which explain all the irregularities in his patient from his recent revolutionary method, “stairway genioplasty”.

I can’t comprehend how you can be a jaw surgeon and not have knowledge of the organ you directly want to affect to improve sleep apnea patients.

My reality is this now: Doing a revision as to where I tell my surgeon to do reorientation of my proximal segment to make the tongue pararell and also FUCKING advance it the same amount Ramieri chose to do set back.

You may wonder why I choose the us when I live in Europe: Ramieri decided to use biocortical screws as rigid fixation. No European surgeon wants to remove biocortical screws when the bone has healed, comes with too much of a risk.

After consulting 25 surgeons I finally found a surgeon that was willing and had experience from removing biocortical screws. He will also do my revision but at a high cost, 29 000$ for merely my underjaw. If I want to have a hospital night, the bill would be around 110 000$ so I’ve chosen not to.

Go straight to the hotel dizzy from the surgery and anaesthesia, living the dream.

I sincerely thank Ramieri and all the promoters of him, you’ve made this past 2 years a living hell but from now on it can only get better.

Irritating to be forced to use 55 000$ of your saving money in total to look the same.

I will do the revision in the US and approximately pay 29 k.

Peace.

You can imagine how much I cringe when I see fools that haven’t had non of the Italian trio as a surgeon glazing them to the sky. Autism is too strong in this sub. It’s like arguing with a wall when one austic kid has made up his mind on something.

Rational thinking doesn’t seem to be the strongest trait here.

The pigfucker lurkycell or what his incest name is has probably contributed the most to the hype.

I look like a meatball after the surgery. All angularity vanished from his Ramus flaring.

Imagine a fat-person face but you do from a distance get the illusion that the jaws are sharp. When you look at the nuances in close you will see how fucked Ramus flaring make your appearance but I don’t give a fck about that.

I want to be able to breathe normal and proceed with my life.
