Here is a good plan to further ascend

Softmax:
- hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, dye black
-grow out hair get long hair and STYLE IT NICE
-gymcel (optional tbh barely helps but you could ascend to a certain amount of women)

Hardmax:
- canthoplasty but find a really good surgeon so u dont get botches
