Maintenance is around 2500, so I'm eating roughly 1500 calories a day and 180 grams of protein.
Breakfast:
- 240g of Sliced chicken
- 500 ml of milk
Dinner (before workout):
- 3 Large eggs
Dinner (after workout):
- 250g of 5% Beef mince meat
- 250 ml of milk
- Whey protein
- Sometimes have some mixed peppers with the mince meat
Is there anything I can change/improve on? Because I want my gut health to be top tier.
