Rate cutting diet, is there anything I can improve on?

Maintenance is around 2500, so I'm eating roughly 1500 calories a day and 180 grams of protein.

Breakfast:
- 240g of Sliced chicken
- 500 ml of milk

Dinner (before workout):
- 3 Large eggs

Dinner (after workout):
- 250g of 5% Beef mince meat
- 250 ml of milk
- Whey protein
- Sometimes have some mixed peppers with the mince meat

Is there anything I can change/improve on? Because I want my gut health to be top tier.

I love Kefir cuz it tastes good and it's great for your gut but no idea what effect that would have on your diet

too low in fiber, too heavy on animal protein and dairy, and lacks variety hurting gut health; just add some veggies, fruits, and fermented foods to fix it, heavy on fruits and fermented foods or drinks

I love Kefir cuz it tastes good and it's great for your gut but no idea what effect that would have on your diet
it would have a good effect especially if he balances his diet more

Sorry bro but this is the shittiest diet I've ever seen in my life. I suggest you research how to optimize diet for gut health and overall longevity, and learn to actually cook actual meals.

definitely, and i highly suggest drinking kefir instead of milk one time , almost 800ml of milk a day is not good

Nah bro. No vegetables, no fruits, no vitamins, no carbs, no fiber, no antioxidants, no variety, no flavor, no poly/mono fats no nothing. If your goal is just to cut and you don't care about anything else, and you can stomach eating this same monotonous diet every single day, go for it.

I'll share this with you. It's a delicious salad recipe I came up with that imitates an optimal diet. I don't have the seasoning for it written down though so you will have to season it yourself. I recommend making 2 servings so you don't have to cook it every day. Adjust the ingredient amount to meet your macros:

- **Fresh Spinach** – 227g
- **Hard-Boiled Eggs** – 2 large eggs
- **Chicken Thigh (raw weight, skinless, boneless)** – 1000g
- **Chopped Pecans (unsalted)** – 40g
- **Frozen Broccoli Florets - 300g
- **Sweet Potato (roasted, cubed)** – 400g
- **Cherry Tomatoes** – 100g
- **Red Onion (thinly sliced)** – 50g
- **Avocado** – 2 whole (150g of flesh)
- **Canned Black Beans (low-sodium, rinsed)** – 100g
- **Nutritional Yeast** – 25g
- **Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)** – 36g or 1 whole small walmart lemon / half a big ass roid lemon
- **Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)** – 20g
-Balsamic Vinegar -10g

Air fry the chicken and sweet potatoes
Put the eggs on
Throw the steamable broccoli bag in the microwave
Throw everything in a pot and shake it up

Much better. Now you just have to learn how to cook it into proper palatable meals.
