Meal 1: millet, dark chocolate, Greek yogurt, kiwi
Meal 2: brown rice, chicken breast, fennel, olive oil, sauerkraut
Meal 3: potatoes and grana cheese
Meal 4: quinoa, eggs, carrot

why?

why not just make more chicken or split it to eat in meal 2 and 3

yeah it is, but is it perfect nutritionally speaking
not in any way can you describe that as perfect. No vegetables basically, little vitamin intake etc

carrot and fennel are vegetables. How is little vitamin intake???
 
Pretty balanced and high quality, try and add a leafy green
 
Idk but would be better with more fruits and vegetables if you can afford

I need more than 1 fruit and 2 different vegetables per day?? What do you suggest?
 
Maybe you can even start with just one fruit like blueberries which are good antioxidant i heard. Research mediterranean diet. They eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits, healthy fats like olive oil and seafood also i think. This diet improves health and also lifespan so i think fruits and vegetables may be important

Or maybe add something from japanese diet. They have stressful work life and still long lifespan. Imagine if they had normal balanced life

I already eat fruits like kiwi, banana, oranges, strawberries, papaya but I switch them every day
I eat everyday healthy fats from olive oil and few times a week avocados, almonds, nuts…
I eat vegetables at lunch and at dinner
I should start eating more fish and red meat tho
