I sexually Identify as an Attack Helicopter. Ever since I was a boy I dreamed of soaring over the oilfields dropping hot sticky loads on disgusting foreigners. Arms look good. Chest lacking. I assume you do arm days? Try PPL and focus on getting stronger

should i keep the old school western method bro? the 3 basic stuff with accessories (dips,pull ups,dumbels)

is it retarded to not calculate sets bro? I just do one set or two with rep max weight to failure
any recommend bro

Do chest and tricep, back and bicep, legs and shoulder on the same day.


3 excersise each muscle. 4 sets 8-12 reps. Can do less reps if you’re hitting a new weight.

Switch up excersise choice very often. Every workout even id say
