Monday: Shoulders/Arms
Tuesday: Chest/Back
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Shoulders/Arms
Friday: Chest/Back
Saturday: Abs/Traps/Neck
 
This isn't my current split, my usual is a normie bro split 5x a week
 
as long as you're doing more than 10 hard sets a week for a bodypart it'll grow.

Arms and shoulders might fuck up your chest and back day. (tricep fatigue on chest movements, forearm/bicep fatigue on back movements). Though if it works for you, it works.
