I read it, you recommended most of the stuff im taking, I already got a lot of protien, Im not gonna be an idiot and inject shit at my height like people here will recommend

no one becomes orge from hgh. even in studies with insane dosing more than anyone takes if they are in puberty they don’t get crazy soft tissue growth.

My jaw will definitely grow which is not always a positive. Spending a bunch of money on hgh when I still don’t know if I could become 6’2+ is pretty stupid, better to just make sure nutrient intake and environment is optimised and consider taking something a few years from now

If you're not megadosing animal, dairy and/or egg protein, it's over.

You should take some peptide, serm, or something of the sort. That's really important.
This is good but I'd recommend it.

If for some reason you can't,
very high animal-dairy-egg protein diet (120g minimum daily)
and perfect sleep and lots of cardio is your next best bet.

Whats funny is that they say im coping when they're believing the biggest cope of all:

thinking youll surpass your genetic potential

All this stack + environment is just to make sure I reach around my genetic potential

Jfl if you think injecting is gonna make you grow taller than what is hard coded in your cells
 
5'10.5 at 14 is good depending on late or early bloomer but 6'2 is possible

I was thinking copper peptide oral in the future

I already eat more than 1g protein per pound body weight, spend 11 hours in bed and do sprints regularly

Im just making sure I reach genetic potential which im guessing is around 6’1 which im fine with

Why copper peptide?
Just take a growth hormone or IGF-1 agonist.
