Gyno can occur at any age. It's most likely not gyno in the picture, just some remaining fat under his nipples. Some people are more prone to lipomastia than others

I disagree. I had gyno during puberty and it looked exactly like that. Also, there's a very low chance that there is remaining fat under his nipples when he's that low bf. The dots just connect. I think he actually built muscle for a movie in that pic and the fact that he was old and got gyno while increasing muscle mass hint to one thing.
