Its a complete myth. The ONLY things that could be limiting ur growth about gym is 1. Training very heavt compound lifts like squats w very bad form -> could cause an injury limiting growth. 2. Since the gym makes u burn more calories, u need to just eat a bit more. So its just about u not accidentally being in a calorie deficit since then ur body wont have enough resources to grow bith muscles and height.Isn't it rumoured that training at a young age ruins growth?

Yeahh so u dont have to worry about it limiting ur growth u just have to pay a little bit more to how much u eat and how much protein u eat. If possible, go to the gym w a friend that has already been there for some time. Ur forms and way of training will immediately get better compared to if u need to lesrn everything by yourself. If u dont have anyone to give advice, im happy to help u. Im 17 and ive been to the gym for 2 yrs. Ive experienced how it is to learn everything by myself and listening to my mothers bad advice witch slowed me down. When i learned how to actually train, i made progress 3x faster. That said i can help if u need information on how to properly trainohhh okay i get it
