Rate me after tanning up a lil and better hair.

I did nothing to my hair. Just put some cream and hoped for it to be somewhat silky. I am quite bloated. I've gained 6kgs in couple days while being on maintenance or slight surplus cals. It's mostly water. I've been bulking a Lil just to start the real cut. Cuz I've been cutting hard the last couple months while maintaining strength. Now I think I need to get some muscle mass. Like 1kg. To get shredded for this summer. I also tanned up. Does it suit me better than pale? Lmk.
