Its been a month since my previous rating thread

Since then I have:
  1. trained neck
  2. improved my skincare
  3. gym maxxed
  4. lost bf from 68kg to 65kg
  5. diet maxxed low carb mostly high quality meats and fishes
  6. NT maxxed by hanging out with normies
  7. got a haircut
Here's what I currently look like I just recorded these today




Im going to keep cutting to about 61/62kg which would put me at about 12% bf

what other softmaxes should I implement?

Yeah I have been going to the gym for about a month now but I have been cutting so I haven't got much muscle gain but once I am lean I'm going to focus more on building muscle
I am aiming for something like vinnie hackers physique

Change your haircut it doesn’t suit your face because it’s quite rounded.
Otherwise flaws are flaring nose and a small chin in comparison to your jaw
