like what is my peak and how do i fix them
Regarding your under eyes, they're probably genetic, yall indians and arabs were fucked from birth with those. As far as I'm aware in your case the only solution is either fillers or fat grafting.

Though some claim a healthy diet, sleep and a mild retinoid can help too. Since the issue is hereditary/genetic, I wouldn't bet too much on that, but it's worth trying first.

its not, its because i work night time

On which case, aside from trying to improve your circadian rhythm and sleep (pretty fucked in your case ngl). I would definitely try a caffeine serum, and retinoids still.

Yeah, like high LTN - low MTN, again you have good potential and you're tall, so you'll quickly rise from that rating as improvements accumulate
Bro also for BF % what is ideal

Bro idc abt the money anymore im quitting in a month so ima sleepmax them

the ideal BF range is around 10-12%, although that can be complicated to reach and maintain, I'd push the general range to be between 10-15%, but the closer you are to 10% the better.

im at 28 rn i gotta stay locked should i hop on reta?

If you want to and can afford it, I don't see why not as long as you use it properly, it will make the process much easier.
im at 800 cal a day i lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks without it, is it worth the risk. Also i have gyno so how to i get rid of that

side profile wise is it over if i lose fat

You are eating 800 kcal a day? Isn't that... a little low? I mean one meal has to be at least 500 calories, that's over 60% of your daily calories' bro.

Honestly reta doesn't carry too many risks and complications (that we know of), so again, if you can afford it, and you're struggling to lose weight, then do it, but if you think you can do it naturally, I don't see why you would.

Furthermore, your gyno will likely solve as you lose weight and ideally build muscle too. If by the end there are some remanents, aside from building a bigger chest through exercise, I believe the only solution is surgery.

Not completely over, although you should look into your skincare and haircut a bit
yes i got a buzz and its growing out. can you give me skincare advice please.

Sure, is your skin oilier or drier? how acne-prone are you?
not acne prone just been working out 3-4 hours a day 6 days a week so the sweat triggers it. Also its weird, oily nose dry rest of face

Understood, so you have combination skin, likely oily on your t-zones. I won't get you into deep skincare shit now honestly, you should probably just start with the foundations and work up from there:
  • Gentle Cleanser, this is more up for preference, your cleanser could either be hydrating or foaming since it goes both ways in your case. I'd honestly experiment with both and see which one leaves your skin feeling better, brand-wise? I like CeraVe, The Ordinary, Cetaphil, Neutragena and La Roche-Posay, use whichever is available to you.
  • Sunscreen, pretty essential, I would go chemical instead of mineral in your case purely because of the white cast problem.
  • Retinoid, essential in any skincare routine. You likely haven't used a retinoid before, so it would be best if you started with retinol, then tried adapalene, and considered moving on from there to prescription options if you feel it's needed.
  • Moisturizer, I would go with a heavier cream-based moisturizer.
Note that when it comes to combination skin you would ideally use two different moisturizers, one that's cream based (for dry areas) and one that is gel-based (for oily areas), but I'd skip that step if you aren't trying to break the bank just now.

Oh then we're perfect then.

  1. Double cleanse, oil/emulsion cleanser first, foaming cleanser second. You could actually skip cleansing in the morning.
  2. Use a sunscreen that's chemical, since they don't usually leave a white cast. I'm black, I've been using The Ordinary's new one, it works perfect for me, and doesn't break me out, you could try that one if you can.
  3. Same case as before, start with retinol, then adapalene 0.1%, then try to get an Rx for Tretinoin.
  4. Use two moisturizers as I explained, one with a creamy texture for your dry areas (think natural moisturizing factors + phytoceramides) and one that's gel-based (think natural moisturizing factors + beta glucan, or my personal favorite neutrogena hydro boost water gel)
Start with that, then if you see any textural issues you can also introduce exfoliation 1-2x/week with an AHA.
