Great nose, some pretty good genes, although facial development isn't on point. You should look into tongue posture if you haven't already, although I doubt it would do much at your age (still not a reason not to do it).

4 PSL, the average white male. Get to low bodyfat % to lose the facial bloat. You have good jaw potential and who knows there might even be zygos underneath.
For the rest, slightly squint you eyes 24/7 and get a trendier hairstyle (that still covers your forehead, that's essential).

It's the closeness of the camera which causes lens distortion and makes you look very different than what you actually look like, the pics taken from further away are how you actually look like.

How on earth do you expect to get a rate with pictures of that sort? Have you no sense? Post at least ONE proper frontal picture without smiling and from a minimum of 5 feet away. Then, and only then, can you expect to get an accurate rate and analysis.
