Jaw Angle implants is 100% needed. Even bimax wont fix inward gonions, only jaw Angle implants fix it

I’ve seen some good filler results give the illusion of outward gonials tbh. But it’s just an illusion and you need to top it up every year.

Beard can hide it, and that is why i recommended u to beardfraud. Sean O pry do have Inward, but hes one in a very small percentage.
