It isn't the fat genetic, it's just that he doesn't have enough cheekbones and chin to stretch the skin. Almost every guy that has a lean face has a square chin with a decent height and good cheekbones, he got a good bigonial but his chin is round and really short and it can't stretch the skin properly. Btw @kopper is an LTN with chad potential, but he could also be botched. I would go all in in his place.

lf1 downgraft + fillers or small implant + filler
canthoplasty, the typical infra saddle shit everyone wants/gets and i dont know how to objectively remove the stupid negative hooding. theres bhleroplasty or whatever but i dont think thats the proper way to address it

Chances are he won't ascend though. There is a possibility that he would look weird because he will need multiple surgeries to get there. But if he just bimax plus something for his eye area, he'd prolly be a solid HTN especially with softmaxxing. That is more than enough to do well on tinder. His pheno is very good.

just a mismatch of features. lets say hes supposed to fit in x phenotype category but like his eyes are too far apart and his lips are too wonky with a slightly too long face can make a world of a difference. or maybe he has weird lip seal, odd cheekbones etc

Oh. So like that RichmondBread dude. Btw take Streege for example. Most men of his phenotype are not as white as him. I mean he is arab but does not like an arab but has arab features like his eyebrows for example. So would you say that brown skin would ascend him?

You have higher cheekbones than many models(most of them has a prominent mid set, just look at meeks here). Now the solutions for a lack of cheekbones are two: fillers which i WOULD NEVER consider to inject in this area, they could migrate to other places making your face even more bloated. Cheekbones fillers on men also gives a more faggot appeareance so 100% don't do that. A custom implant made by epply or some other blackpilled surgeon would be the best solution for your case, but before i would fix your philtrum and your chin. Here you can see how meeks ogee curve is lower than yours but has way more mas btw

Yeah, i'm currently talking about my cheekbones to a surgeon. He told me He could move them forward and even more upwards, but He doesnt do implants. Should i talk to another surgeon for implants? This surgeon (Dr. Zarrinbal) seemed very confident that it would increase my looks, but im Not sure if i rather have someone Else do an implant on me for cheekbones

With what surgery he would force them to move forward and upward? I think that in your case implants would be the best solution, but give me the name of this surgery.
