With rearrangement of cheekbones you won't have a 100% trustwhorthy simulation, when he is doing the surgery he could change something. You ALSO need to consider that you already have high cheekbones, their main issue is that they lack mass and forward growth. The problem is that the higher is the cheekbones, the lower will be his mass: so if he told you that he can move them even more upwards... don't expect good results mass wise, he would probably make them just a bit more prominent. you should ask only forward movement instead of upwards imo.
