So basically I am from ethinic land but mog in terms of features and face structural but the curse of being from ethinic land is the skin colour and acne

For that I have been researching for a month and this is my provisional plan so help me out if I went wrong in any step

Tropical routine

Morning
-Iceing , salicylic acid face wash , followed up back moisturizer and sunscreen

Day time
-Salicyic acid face wash
-Kojic acid soap left on face for 5 min in day time
-Washed and then moisturizer

Night time
-Hydroquinone , tretinon , allatoin
-moisturizer

Supplements
- vitman C
-glutathione oral ( ik cope )

Planning to add
-nac 1200mg daily + Vitamin E
-Glutathione sublingual 600mg( might extend)

Lmk if any of these inter-react and plus it stings so bad after all this

Shit bro I wish I knew jack shit abt products I just use soap and water in the shower and before I gts. I have light acne from nic and weed tho. I suggest fixing ur diet if you know it’s non hormonal. Stay away from processed shit fast food, seed oils, energy drinks, try to use substances in moderation. Don’t touch ur face. Fix ur gut health. And yeah that’s abt it

Ty but I already have very clean diet , I don't even touch sugar at this point and go gym literally 7 days a week but it's just the skin colour and acne , not ethnic shit skin but still it doesn't come out that pale or glowing so yea

Absafuckinglutly very inflammatory also get an allergy test done sometimes things that ur eating that u think are fine are fucking u up. I once did a fast and an elimination diet. Apparently I’m alergic to a shit ton of stuff I still eat eggs but they arnt so harsh for me

the face wash is good, i personally one use it once before i go to sleep, this is to remove all the dirt from my face before it goes on to my pillow. Also if yk that glutathione oral is cope then why do you take it, just wasting time and money. Try getting monthly facials, they really do help with your skin.

Oral glutathione is cope but glutathione in general is best so I did some research and ofcourse I cannot go for IV drip but I found a method from this forum itself sublingual absorption with directly dissolves into bloodstream eliminating gut side transfer so planning to do that , I will attach link to that post and let me know your views

Don't use tret and Hydroquinone on the same day, use Hydroquinone for 2,3 months then 3 months gap. Use Hydroquinone 4% and don't use moisturizer over tret or Hydroquinone use it afterwards (after the night would be best) get spf 50+ sunscreen solid skinmaxxing but you're wasting alot of money

But the cream I use has allatoin, tret and hydroquinone combined ( cream - melapik)
But yea I will use moisturizer before bcz afterwards it stings
And tell me where I am wasting money ik glutathione i will change absorption method but other than that lmk

Remove glutathione add
LUTEIN-10 mg
ZEAXANTHIN-2 mg
ASTAXANTHIN-4 mg



Can add many other whitemaxx oral supplements instead of face wash

6,7 days a week is absolutely too much bro ur body needs rest try like 3 times a week monday wensday saturday
Everyone in my gym comes for 6 days and plus I am beginner but I will start resting on Sundays now ty

Yea vitamin c tablets , they are like 15 tablets for 29rs
And vitamin c 20% serum is cheap asf just buy vitamin c powder and mix with water
