for context i’m 15 abt to turn 16 in september (15 nd 10 months). rn i’m abt 5’ 11" but my growth plates might be closed i haven’t grown significantly since winter 2024. nd im around 145lbs lean probably like 10% bf (i’ve been skinny since i was young).

GOALS
  • Expand palate
  • Grow zygo, eyebrow ridge, radix, and gonions
  • Fix undereye support
  • Fix skin tone and clearness
  • Build muscle
  • Grow eyelashes and eyebrows

i’m thinking abt getting a palate expander
THUMB PULLING
  • pressure on palatal sutures
  • 90 secs every 1.5 hours
ts is probably cope but imma do it anyways

not really that high iq. also ur bonesmashing method is terrible. not going to see any results.

whats a better one most other bonesmashing methods don’t even make logical sense
First thing to get out of your head is thinking you will grow bone. You won't. Now what you will grow is scar tissue. It mimics bone. I would reccomend searching for a very good user SpectrumAesthetics3. Hes been a pioneer in bonesmashing and has some interesting threads.

bonesmashing is free filler. ive used it just for chin and it works wonders. not for anywhere else cause im naturally symmetrical and i don't want to mess that up.
