Protein shake (idk cals but it’s under 500)
2 cans of tuna
300g extra lean mince
For me pre workout carbs I have 4 rice cakes each with a bit of peanut butter, honey and a whole banana
I also try to have 3L of water with 500mL-1L of coconut water
