Im using this plan for about 5 months i changed a bit but i got work to do these days so i need to lower my gym days or lower my exercises am i doing anything wrong in this plan?
Like so after using a machine that works the upper chest do i move on to another machine that also works the upper chest or am I doing any unnecessary movements?

why not push pull legs rest upper lower rest?

Back and Legs are both major muscle groups and training them on the same day can cause heavy systematic fatigue

Yes I really do feel very tired at that point when Im working out my legs I sometimes even yawn a lot.
And which exercises should i do at upper and lower days, any advice?

That’s also cause your training 3 sets on some exercises while doing the same joint action across multiple movements like chest supported row and cable row or pec dec and chest press

U can try to do UL2x that would make it 4 training days a week but if thats too much volume for you u can try it and lower ur volume like 1-2 sets per exercise.
And for chest u can do a press or fly and some kind of incline press. The same goes for back a lat pulldown and a kelso shrug or t-bar row. U can cut ur volume down significantly if ur training with high intensity with out leaving noticeable gains on the table experiment and see what works for you
