i'm 17 years old, I fap a lot (not sure if thats related to T levels), my sleeping schedule is kinda bad. I go to the gym sometimes when I feel like it, maybe once a week or 3 times a week, depending how I feel. I stay in my bed all day eating chips and other junk food, I don't eat healthy at all. my body weight is 156lbs and i'm 5'8. how could I skyrocket my miserable t levels :unsure: I would like my T to be at least 1000 ng/dl.

p.s i'm also taking hgh and aromasin for heightmaxxing purposes.

your t levels are as good as they get naturally
900 not that high @ 17 hes still in puberty, average nonobese healthy person at that age if probably 700-800.
 
EAT HIGH PROTEIN DIET WITHOUT BAD CARBS, DO LEG DAY OR DO A HARD RUN DAILY, NOFAP AND SEMENRETENTION, DRINK SHIT TON WATER, AND GET VITAMINE D AKA SUN
How is protein related to test levels.

Your level is mogger for this day and age. It might increase with proper sleep schedule, consistent lifting and healthy high protein diet but that's about it.

It's not rocket science. Don't fap, or fap every 7-9 days. Fix your sleep, Go to the gym 4-5 times a week on a routine. And eat healthier esp organ meats and raw milk, none of that processed shit. Chips are okay if you drink a lot of water imo. Somehow I think you already knew all this shit.
