Lifting around 3 hours a day going hard in the paint lifting till failure heavy reps 10-12 reps. Sometimes 2 a days.
Chewing gum for hours everyday usually like 10 pieces at a time
Hard mewing whenever I’m not chewing
Face pulling a couple sets of 2-3 minutes whenever I get the chance throughout day
Hyoid lifting exercise 30 reps in the moring and at night and whenever I get a chance in the day
Eating natty high t diet meat, eggs, dairy.
Intermittent fasting
Leanmaxxing on 2400 Cals a day 200 grams of protein.
Teeth whitening 30 mins every night

What am I missing?
 
Literally everything is cope besides steroids and surgery the sooner you realise this the better

Chewing dieting and maxing out natty limit is definitely real not sure about the other stuff but I’m hopeful

what do u reccomend for first cycle is it possible to stay healthy whilst being on cycle?
