Rate my new Upper/Lower split workout (anything to modify?)

Upper:
Chest
Bench Press
Cables or Flys or Incline Press? Which one to pick?

Back
Lateral Pulldown (can't do pullups yet, too weak)
Barbell Row

Biceps
Curls with barbell
Curls with dumbbells with rotation for extra forearm gains

Triceps
Triceps dip
Maybe triceps extension on cables? Or suggest anything better


Lower:
Legs
Squats
Deadlift

Delts (since I read you shouldn't do OHP and Bench Press in same day, I decided to put it here, and to balance out my workouts: 3 exercises on lower and 4 on upper, otherwise it would be 2 vs 5)
Overhead Press
Lat Raises

ABS
ABS Wheel
Russian Twister

Monday: Upper
Tuesday: Lower
Weds: REST
Thursday: Upper
Friday: Lower
Weekend REST

Chose incline press and french press for upper days.

Also deadlifting after squatting is insane, drop the deadlift and do some rows if you want a bigger back.

Nah french press is bad for elbows. It's better to do tricep isolation with cabel extenstions if one wants so
