yup yeah he should cut out fat if he hasnt already, try avoid eating fat like its the plauge and keep doing what hes doing

agreed--choose a calorie deficit, hit your protein minimums, and fill the rest with carbs

Thanks, ngl my diet is so ass i got very lucky with body composition genetics, I don’t even train abs and no matter what I eat they’re always visible

Yes, do you think this would also help lose a bit of face fat? That’s kind of holding me back a bit

jfl ur lucky man, i have to run SARMs and lock in diet like crazy to build muscle, ur like my friend , just eats whatever and stays at 15% bf and builds muscle ez pz

cal deficit isnt even required u dont gotta track calories like an autist, he should just do what he been doing, stick eating same carbs or lower it slightly , get 10k steps daily and cut out fat and he'll be shredded no time

Yeah for physique aesthetics I got so lucky agreed. Sadly I didn’t get the height genes tho, my dad is 6’4 and my mum is 5’8 so logically I should be well over 6’

yuh ofc but considering how he just eats whatever i doubt he ever had to track his maintenance so how would he know.

For 17 yo that's decent. Nothing impressive and too much fat (about 6-8kg) to have appeal but not bad either. Good core, decent chest, hard to say regarding anything else since the pics are anglemaxxed and your shoulders, back, etc are invisible
